What is the Soulwork Detox?

The 10-Day Detox is a short-term, guided program designed to eliminate foods and ingredients that can cause inflammation, disrupt metabolism, and contribute to cravings or weight gain. It focuses on clean, whole foods while helping the body to detoxify naturally.

What foods are eliminated during the detox?

  • Sugar (including artificial sweeteners)

  • Gluten (wheat, rye, barley)

  • Dairy (milk, cheese, yogurt)

  • Processed foods

  • Caffeine (if possible)

  • Alcohol

  • Soy products (processed soy or soy-based foods)

What can I eat during the 10-Day Detox?

You will eat whole, nutrient-dense foods, including: Lean proteins (chicken, turkey, wild-caught fish, grass-fed beef), vegetables (leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables, root vegetables), healthy fats (avocados, nuts, seeds, olive oil, coconut oil), non-dairy alternatives (almond milk, coconut milk), fruits (limited to low-glycemic options like berries), bone broth and herbal teas.

How will the detox make me feel?

During the detox, your body may go through a period of adjustment. You might experience: Initial fatigue (due to cutting out sugar and caffeine), headaches (especially if you're eliminating caffeine or sugar), cravings (particularly for processed foods and sweets), increased energy and mental clarity after a few days, better digestion and less bloating as your body cleanses as well as improved anxiety, depression or moods.

Will I lose weight on the 10-Day Detox?

Many people experience weight loss due to the elimination of inflammatory foods and the focus on whole, clean eating. However, the goal of the detox is not necessarily weight loss but to help your body reset and improve your overall health. Any weight lost is often a byproduct of better digestion and reduced inflammation.
