I am a board certified-psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I have lived and worked in the Texas Hill Country with over 25 years of healthcare experience. I have been practicing as a psychiatric nurse practitioner since 2019 treating individuals in various settings. My mission in life is to empower others to find their passion and heal their soul wounds using a holistic approach.

    Comprehensive, root-cause–informed evaluations focused on brain energy, metabolism, inflammation, sleep, nervous system regulation, and nutrient sufficiency as they relate to mood, focus, and emotional stability.

  • Medication Management

    Thorough psychiatric assessment and thoughtful medication management, when indicated, informed by a whole-person and systems-based lens.

  • Soulwork Metabolic Reset

    A 30 day structured program that integrates nutrition, supplementation, education, and team support. Cohorts begin on the 1st and 15th of each month.

  • Nutritional Assessments

    Our nutritional assessments use a body systems–based approach to understand how nutrition, digestion, metabolism, and lifestyle factors may be contributing to symptom patterns. 

  • Depth Oriented Psychotherapy

    Psychotherapy grounded focused on uncovering unconscious patterns, nervous system regulation, relational dynamics, and embodied emotional processing.

How do I make an appointment?

Do we accept insurance?

Yes, we accept certain insurance plans for clinical psychiatric services, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy. Please email ashlyn

What to expect?

The first appointment is 1 to 1.5 hours in length. We will begin by getting to know each other and decide on a treatment plan and duration for you no make any necessary referrals. Follow up visits are 30 min to 1 hour based on the type of service you are receiving.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations and re-scheduled appointments may be subject to the full appointment fee if not received at least 24-hours in advance. As a courtesy our office will send appointment reminders via text message or email. Fees will not be charged for any days your provider is not in the office or your local public schools are closed due to inclement weather.
